The third workshop with Lilie Ferrari

First of all we were given the final biographies for the characters, since we were not sure about who is smoking and who is not, We were also given the final stories that will be shown in each episode. EPISODE 1  EPISODE 2 EPISODE 3 We have added the colours to each characters to check if there is not too much of one character in one paragraph. EPISODE 4 EPISODE 5 The same day we were meant to write a scene breakdown for each episode. We were told which episode we have to write and some of us were put into group of two. I have worked with my friend on the 3rd episode. Tag lines

We had to came up with different tag lines for the drama to be placed on the poster. We had a couple of ideas: 1. Take a seat, let it out 2. Sign in, sit down 3. We are what we leave behind 4, Talking is important, but so is listening 5. There is more after life than just death The difference between a log-line and a tag-line: A logline is a one (or occasionally two) sentence description that boils the script down to its essential dramatic narrative in as succinct a manner as possible. The first thing that we did with Lilie Ferrari was deciding on the title  of the Drama. She gave us another list of possible titles that she found herself.  We also added:  1. The Bereavement Club 2. The Bereaving Room 3. Bereft After the vote we ended up with 5 final choices:  1. Echoes - 1vote 2. Good Grief - 1vote 3. Tombland - 2votes 4. Bereaving Room - 3votes 5. Bereavement Club  - 5votes Through the vote, we decided to call the drama The Bereavement Club   Afterwards , we  looked again at the biographies that we wrote for each character and we decided on what kind of people they are.  Joel:  We decided that he will voluntarily run the sessions and that he will not smoke.  We said that he will open up in episode 5 We decided that he will say things like "for sure", "definitely", "sooo...", "um..."
